Alumni and Friends' Association

St Oran's taught us to be actively involved lifelong learners. The people we spent time with at school and the things we learnt have contributed significantly to the people we are today. Our history is important and the Association provides us with the opportunity to stay in touch with old friends and to meet others with a shared educational heritage.

The primary purpose of the St Oran's Alumni and Friends' Association is to keep the wider St Oran's College whānau connected. We encourage all members of St Oran's College to feel a sense of life-long belonging to the community. We actively celebrate current and past members of our community.

We have an ever increasing membership list and we'd love all past pupils, staff, parents and friends to join us. The membership list allows the Association to keep you up to date with new events and put you in touch with long lost friends.

To join us or just find out more, email us at oldgirls@storans.school.nz

We have an active committee with Fiona Watt at the helm as President. Our committee meetings are a very low key affair and a great excuse for a coffee and catch up with friends. Any Association member is welcome to join us at a meeting and if you're interested please email the above address.

Over the past few years we've held a number of memorable events, including movie nights, high teas, tours of the school and netball games with current pupils. You can find details about our recent and upcoming events on our Facebook page.
