Edogawa High School Visit 2012 - Change of Dates
We have had a change in the Edogawa School Visit timetable and the new dates are from 3 March through to 23 March 2012.
To allow this visit to go ahead we require parent assistance by hosting a student over this three week period.
We encourage all our school families to consider this cultural exchange opportunity as this visit cannot go ahead if we do not have parent assistance by way of hosting a student from Japan. The College does look at this exchange as a fundraiser and these funds help with the general school 2012 budget.
To help towards assisting families meet the costs of home staying there is a weekly payment that is paid out to families a couple of days before the students arrive.
If you are able to assist in hosting a student or are interested in knowing more please contact Lynda Singleton, 939 1260 ext 842 or email lsingleton@storans.school.nz.
Parents' Association Golf Tournament
The St Oran's Parents' Association are pleased to advise that our Golf Day raised $20,605.39; this would not have been possible without the support of the 34 teams who participated and our sponsors. We therefore ask where possible that you support our sponsors too.
